Every project starts with our contact form, where you share your goals, the pages you need and the look you have in mind. We follow up with any questions, then send a clear quote.

Once your deposit is in, design begins. We will reach out by email as we need content, and at about 75% complete we meet virtually so you can see your site and share feedback.

In the final stretch we make revisions, polish the mobile version and get your approval. The remaining balance is due at approval, and then your new website goes live.

Every project is quoted individually based on the number of pages, features and integrations you need. Our packages, from a 1–3 page Foundation site to a full Elevation build, give you a starting point, and we finalize pricing together before any work begins.

Most websites launch in 3–6 weeks. Smaller sites can come together faster, while larger sites with booking, ecommerce or custom features may take longer.

The biggest factor in staying on schedule is having content ready, so we recommend gathering it early with our content checklist. If content or feedback is delayed for an extended time, a pause fee may apply to hold your spot in our schedule.

In most cases, yes. If you are working against a deadline, let us know in your project inquiry. Rush projects include an additional fee.

Yes. Every package includes SEO fundamentals, such as clean site structure, page titles and descriptions, and fast-loading pages, so search engines can find and understand your site. Larger packages include deeper SEO setup and performance optimization.

Absolutely. Website redesigns are one of our most popular services. We will refresh your design, improve the structure and bring your site up to date, using any new or updated content you would like to include.

For a new website, the more content you can share, the better: your logo, photos, service descriptions, bio and contact information. Our content checklist walks you through everything we may ask for. For a redesign, just send any new or updated content you would like to add.

We are a Wix Partner specializing in Wix and Wix Studio, and we also build on Shopify, Squarespace and WordPress, as well as fully custom-coded websites. We will recommend the platform that best fits your goals, budget and how you want to manage your site.

Yes. Your website is yours. For platforms like Wix and Shopify, we transfer the site to your account before it goes live, so you can add your billing details and choose a plan. For platforms like Squarespace and WordPress, you set up the account and give us collaborator access.

For custom-coded websites, your site's code and hosting are set up in accounts in your name, and we hand over full access at launch. You will always have everything you need to update your site or work with another developer in the future.

To make sure your domain is always registered in your name, we ask that you purchase it directly through a domain registrar. We are happy to help you choose a name and connect it to your website. Domain costs are separate from your project quote.

Yes. Management is optional, and plans are tailored to what your website needs, from content and product updates to new pages, features and SEO improvements. Plans start at $200 per month and begin with a 12-month term, after which you can continue month to month or cancel anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing month.

Small text edits and image swaps are typically free, with or without a plan. New pages and features are quoted by project.

Yes, and we appreciate every referral. When someone you refer becomes a client, you receive 10% off your next project over $500, and they receive 10% off their first project. Referred clients pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to start, and discounts cannot be combined or transferred.
